If you've already made a payment and still see the "Your Payment Is Past Due" page, please follow the steps below to fix the problem

If you're using Internet Explorer:

  1. Open up Internet Explorer
  2. Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options


  3. Click on the Delete button

  4. Uncheck everything, but leave Temporary Internet Files checked

  5. Click on the Delete button
  6. Click on the OK button to close out of Internet Options
  7. Close out of Internet Explorer and open it back up again try to go to any website to see if it works

If you're using Google Chrome

  1. Open up Google Chrome
  2. Click on the Settings
  3. Select the Tools menu and click on Clear browsing data...

  4. Change "Obliterate the following items from" to the past day
  5. Click on Clear browsing data
  6. Close out Google Chrome and re-open and try browsing again

If the above steps don't work, please continue on with the following steps:

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your cable modem and wait for 5 minutes and plug it back in
    • If you have a router (wired or wireless), unplug the power cord from the back of the router, and wait for 5 minutes and plug it back in
    • If you have a VOIP (phone) adapter, unplug the power cord from the back of the VOIP adapter, and wait for 5 minutes and plug it back in
  2. Restart your computer
